Overview
Silicon carbide SMP nozzle, AKA suspension pulse nozzle, liquid column nozzle, circulating tank slurry disturbance nozzle and jet mixing nozzle, is adopted in the absorption tower pulse suspension mixing system in the flue gas desulfurization (FGD) system of thermal power plants and large boilers. In addition, it promotes the uniformity of the oxygen content in the pool liquid and facilitates the reaction in the slurry. It has high strength, high hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high-temperature resistance and other excellent properties, and has an ultra-long service life under harsh conditions.
Oustek’s silicon liquid column nozzle adopts isostatic pressing, net size sintering and mechanical finishing technique. It produces SMP nozzles with density up to 3.1kg/m³. Adopts silicon carbide for high-quality refractories with purity up to 98.5%, so the maximum working temperature can reach up to 1380 ℃ (2500 ℉), with continuous working hours up to 9000 hours.
