Overview
Carborundum structure beam, AKA cross beam, support beam, is used as load-bearing structure frame of tunnel kiln, shuttle kiln, double-layer roller kiln and other industrial kilns. Silicon carbide square beam is characterized by high bearing capacity, no bending deformation, with long service life and high thermal conductivity under high temperature. Energy saved without increasing the weight of the kiln car.
Oustek’s silicon carbide structure beam adapts isostatic pressing, net size sintering and mechanical finishing technique, it produces structure beams with density up to 3.1kg/m³. Adopts silicon carbide for high-quality refractories with purity up to 98.5%, so the maximum working temperature reaches up to 1380 ℃ (2500 ℉).

For sanitary ware, high-voltage electromagnetic, honeycomb ceramics, Class-A light foamed ceramics, tunnel kiln, shuttle kiln, roller kiln and other industrial kilns.
