Silicon carbide cooling air pipe AKA cold air intake pipe is mainly used to cool or reduce the temperature of roller kiln or tunnel kiln, such as home porcelain, sanitary porcelain, building porcelain, etc. It boasts an excellent performance of high-temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance. It is air-cooled from 1000 ℃ to room temperature without crack for more than 50 times
Oustek’s silicon carbide cold air intake pipe adapts isostatic pressing, net size sintering and mechanical finishing technique, it produces tubes with density up to 3.1kg/m³. Adopts silicon carbide for high-quality refractories with purity up to 98.5%, so the maximum working temperature reaches up to 1380 ℃ (2500 ℉).
Application
For the cooling area of tunnel kiln, shuttle kiln, roller kiln and other industrial kilns in sanitary ware, high-pressure electromagnetic, honeycomb ceramics, Class-A light foamed ceramics, microcrystalline stone industry, etc.
