Overview
Silicon carbide seal ring is a kind of light ceramic material, which has the same high strength as a diamond. It has excellent thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion, mechanical strength at high temperature, excellent wear resistance and acid corrosion resistance.
Oustek’s silicon carbide sealing ring adopts isostatic pressing, net size sintering and mechanical finishing technique, it produces gaskets with density up to 3.1kg/m³. Adopts silicon carbide for high-quality refractories with purity up to 98.5%, so the maximum working temperature reaches up to 1380 ℃ (2500 ℉). Continuous working hour reaches up to 9000 hours.
