SSiC Radiation Inner Tube

Overview

Silicon carbide radiant inner tube, AKA flame pipe and radiant inner pipe, is widely used in tunnel kiln, shuttle kiln, roller kiln and other gas and oil-fired industrial furnaces, as well as in zinc liquid, aluminum liquid, copper liquid and other high-temperature solutions, which can insulate heating elements from contact with the solution and conduct the temperature of heating body.

Oustek’s silicon carbide radiant inner tube adapts isostatic pressing, net size sintering and mechanical finishing technique, it produces inner tubes with density up to 3.1kg/m³. Adopts silicon carbide for high-quality refractories with purity up to 98.5%, so the maximum working temperature reaches up to 1380 ℃ (2500 ℉). Continuous working time reaches up to 9000 hours.

Application

  • Heat treatment in the protective atmosphere required.
  • A furnace with uniform temperature distribution and controllable temperature required.
  • To separate the material from the water content of combustion gas for heating, which is favorable for radiation heating.
  • Used for heating liquid and as the heat source of the salt furnace.
  • Occasions requiring low operation cost, high efficiency and low noise.
  • When the heating components are long and thin, and the number of burners are required to be small, for example, roller furnace, small pusher furnace, etc.
